In these Terms and Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• Not impersonate any other person or entity or provide false information about your identity or age;
• Register only one Account — you may not create multiple Accounts for any reason.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 28ph login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account. You agree not to share your login credentials with any other person. 28ph will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or SMS.

You must notify 28ph immediately at the support contact if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorization. 28ph is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized Account access where you have failed to maintain reasonable security over your credentials.

28ph is required to implement Know Your Customer procedures in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and responsible gaming obligations. By registering, you consent to 28ph conducting such verification at any point during your use of the platform.

KYC verification may require you to submit one or more of the following documents issued by the Philippine government or a recognized Philippine institution:

• UMID (Unified Multi-Purpose Identification) Card;
• SSS (Social Security System) Card or E-6 form;
• PhilHealth Identification Card;
• Philippine Passport;

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of receiving a request will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges and may lead to Account closure. 28ph reserves the right to withhold pending withdrawals pending satisfactory KYC completion.

28ph accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based users: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), Metrobank, Coins.ph, and USDT (TRC20 and ERC20 blockchain networks).

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for all PHP payment methods unless a specific promotion states otherwise;
• Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source is registered to a different person — are strictly prohibited;

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered in your name. Cross-method withdrawals may be permitted at 28ph's discretion and subject to additional verification.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100 for PHP e-wallet withdrawals;
• Standard GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes of approval for verified accounts;
• Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are typically processed within 5–10 minutes during standard banking hours;
• USDT withdrawals are subject to blockchain confirmation times and network fees at current rates;
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or held for review if they trigger automated compliance checks, if your KYC is incomplete, or if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity;
• 28ph reserves the right to request additional verification documents before releasing any withdrawal at its sole discretion.

28ph offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published at the time of the relevant promotion:

• Bonuses are credited at 28ph's sole discretion and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice, except where a bonus is already in active use by a Member;
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement — the total amount you must wager before bonus-derived winnings can be transferred to your withdrawable cash balance. Wagering requirements are stated per promotion, typically expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x means you must wager the bonus amount 20 times);
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited without compensation;
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific promotion states otherwise;
• 28ph reserves the right to reverse any bonus and void any winnings generated through bonus play if it determines that a Member has violated these Terms, exploited a software error, or engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to hedging bets, using multiple accounts, or systematically exploiting low-risk bet combinations to clear wagering requirements;
• Free spins and free bet bonuses are credited in denominations specified per promotion and expire within the timeframe stated.

All games available on the 28ph platform are provided by third-party game developers and studios. By participating in any Game, you agree to abide by the rules of that Game as stated in the game interface, help section, or provider documentation.

• All slot games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software that produces statistically independent outcomes. Game outcomes are not influenced by any player's previous results, Account tier, or deposit amount;

• Providing false identity information, including misrepresenting your age, name, or residential address;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, including theft, fraud, or any proceeds of unlawful activity;
• Using the platform for money laundering, structuring financial transactions to evade reporting requirements, or any other violation of Philippine anti-money laundering laws;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any Game, including chip dumping in poker-format games or coordinated sports arbitrage;
• Exploiting software errors or technical vulnerabilities — any winnings resulting from a clearly identified software bug must be reported immediately and are not withdrawable;
• Reverse engineering, copying, distributing, or otherwise misappropriating any part of the 28ph platform, its software, game content, or intellectual property;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 28ph staff or other members through any communication channel.

28ph is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Members. We recognize that for a small proportion of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our obligation to provide protective tools seriously.

Self-Exclusion

Members may request a voluntary self-exclusion from the 28ph platform at any time. Self-exclusion requests are processed without delay. Once a self-exclusion is activated, the Member will be prevented from logging in, depositing, or placing bets for the duration of the exclusion period chosen. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed before the exclusion period expires.

Deposit Limits and Session Controls

Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account settings. Session time reminders may also be configured. These controls take effect immediately when set. Increases to existing limits require a 24-hour cooling-off period before they take effect. Reductions are applied immediately.

Cooling-Off Periods

Members may request a temporary cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, the Account remains accessible for withdrawal purposes but gaming activity is suspended.

28ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity theft, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct;
• Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within the time period requested;
• Reasonable belief that the Account holder is under 21 years of age;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from a financial institution in connection with a deposit;
• Where required by applicable Philippine law or a directive from a competent regulatory authority.

Where an Account is suspended for investigation, any withdrawal requests pending at the time of suspension will be held and reviewed. Where the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, pending withdrawals will be processed. Where a breach is confirmed, 28ph reserves the right to forfeit all or part of the Account balance in accordance with these Terms.

All content on the 28ph platform — including but not limited to the 28ph brand name and logo, website design and layout, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, data compilations, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of 28ph or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 28ph platform solely for personal recreational gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 28ph platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, 28ph and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 28ph platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical failure, interrupted internet connections, or server outages;

These Terms and your use of the 28ph platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the 28ph platform, or any transaction conducted through the platform shall first be submitted to 28ph's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it may be submitted to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

You agree that any claim must be brought in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

28ph reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a Member — 28ph will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice displayed upon login.

Non-material changes, such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing terms, or updates required by applicable law, may take effect immediately upon publication without advance notice.

Your continued use of the 28ph platform after any amendment becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must close your Account and cease using the platform before the changes take effect.
